Something in our guts just told us that a brick-and-mortar ramen shop in Austin would be a big hit. And so it has been. Ramen Tatsu-ya held their soft opening last week, and the buzz has been palpable. Today is their Grand Opening, and at 4PM—a full hour before they were set to open—a line had already formed outside. Hey-oh! (Deservedly so, by the way. The ramen is delicious.)
Regardless, we have been thrilled with all of the kind words on the interior. We’ve had a blast working with people like Joe Swec, Blue Dozen Collective, and Jesse Hartman to design and build out an interior that was worthy of the food and all the hype.
